Nicholas comes to Bulso PLC as a 2024 graduate of Vanderbilt University Law School. There, he honed his legal craft and earned Vanderbilt’s esteemed Law and Business Certificate. The program prominently featured the essentials of modern legal business practice – such as tax codes, securities regulation, mergers, and acquisitions, corporate entities, and even cutting-edge disciplines like cryptocurrency – alongside practical skills like negotiation and drafting corporate documents. Prior to joining Bulso as a Summer Associate in 2023, Nicholas worked as a legal research assistant studying case law relating to the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA).
As an undergraduate at Dartmouth College, Nicholas studied government, cultural anthropology, and Spanish. Nicholas wields this robust background in research, writing, and oration to aptly strategize, communicate, and ultimately facilitate his clients’ goals.
